The Street Bible Online

psi on the young scholar in Sicily

Beloved,
Rereading his questions
I realize that I am not the right person to advise you on Simone Gatto. She should be looking better
nationally starting from the foundation headed by Professor Giuseppe Pietro Nenni Tamburrano which I am sure it will help because, like me and interested me more than to preserve the memory of socialism. They should also be around at least three copies of the acts of Congress after the regional 1970.Furono published Flaccovio perhaps not quite remember., ..
Simone Gatto also published a book I have found on a stand but does not remember the title and I can not recall in my disorganized library. I suggest you contact in Trapani Prof.Salvatore Costanzo wrote a wonderful book "by the beams to the Sicilian rural socialism" that explores the transition from the beams to the origins of psi in Sicilia.Il book was printed in Trapani in 1996.Costanzo may tell you a lot on Cat.
E 'should highlight the beautiful figure of Francesco Taormina distinguished lawyer who managed to obtain an order in terrible times in which no rnegava the existence of the mafia, assassins Salvador Carnival. You can contact the lawyer's daughter who works in Palermo. Taormina was also vipresidente ARS. Her daughter is Crescimanno moves with the lawyer who was involved in civil wars in Palermo.
I hope very much that you could write this book. Unfortunately, the PSI was dispersed after the terrible experience craxiana and already he was not taken to preserve the memory of the past from which he wanted to say was uprooted as the unfortunate Claudio Martelli to the Congress of Verona. Who in his arrogance rampantistica had to define "jerk" Pietro Nenni!! If Italy today is facing a rapid cancellation of all social and civil rights gained is due to the decline suffered by frightening Craxi and the PSI with PCI Occhetto onwards.
Best regards. Peter Ancona

after
answer to your second question. Meanwhile, I suggest you contact the Hon. The Gaspar Saladino, which is still older than me and has held positions of great prestige in the PSI on a regional and national levels. He lives in Palermo. And also Hon. Granata the Louis who was the regional secretary of the PSI, Councillor industry. Lauricella also kept all the loose sheets of meetings. You might ask his son Joseph, who teaches at 'University of Palermo. Even the Hon.

If during the discussion
will raise more questions in the mail later.

Feel free to expand, taking into account only the centrality of the discourse about and Cat
its context.

Here:

1) A short post about the recall of cat she wrote, which was the occasion of which we speak
(vote against what? Calamus Granata and what role did they have?). This is the Regional Committee of the Party?
cat will be with you - how to say - give you a "stand in defense?

Well, send me questions one at a time and I'll try to answer at best. For all we'll need a few pages. Peter

Hi Dr. Ancona,

hope not abuse its mind if I ask you reply by mail.

I know that this will deprive me of the honor of meeting her in person, as I know one thing
is a free conversation live and another is a word file or a letter.

I would be happy, but I have to give it up for various reasons, not least the fact that a week
and the rest of the summer night work does not make me not easy to come by bus from Palermo
Scicli and return in time .

And to think that in the months of February and March have been twice in Palermo, Istituto Gramsci
and Regional Library. If I had known her before maybe I would have moved otherwise.

Excuse me again for the bother.

Ps: Anyway, if for some reason it would not be possible or would not
send a written contribution, as last resort could be done by phone.

I send cordial greetings,

Joseph Spadaro.

Salve dottor Ancona.

Cosa diceva about it? It can be said that he had a pivotal role with the national leadership of which was part from 1959?

4) How did you know Simone Cat? What kind of person was he? Your report was a mere knowledge limited to the organs of the party?

5) About this time in Sicily as always tormented, but also full of turmoil, what can you tell me the experience of Danilo Dolci in Palermo? You have got to get closer to that environment (if only by affinity)? Can you tell me something about the proximity of a Cat Dolci, Carlo Levi, etc ... in those initiatives is now history?

(I know something about the Cat and Sweets after having a chat with former Senator Salvatore Bonadonna, you will know for sure, and after finding some evidence that in some book).

6) What about the party at the split of 1964 and the unification of 1966 (after which Gatto, Anderlini, the Carettoni etc. ... they left the party with others to found the MSA? In Sicily, as it was done? What is the relationship maintained with the party in Sicily Cat? It was here, only to Taormina and Pantaleone, how and how long it lasted the MSA?

7) What is the relationship he had with Cat Taormina and Pantaleone, Cesare Terranova etc ...?

8) She was following in some way the work of the Anti-Mafia Commission in Sicily or the local debate on it? Can you tell me about cat in this area?

9) You have documents that might be useful for research or can give me directions on where to look for any of the material?

I will stop here. Would continue to abuse your patience, as well as ask for things that maybe can not know. I apologize in advance for any importunity or impropriety in the formulation of themes.

While waiting for his reply,

I send kind regards.

Final Fantasy X Character Template

1961 Meeting with Pietro Nenni

formed in 1961 in Sicily, the first center-left government. Yes was an extraordinary event, important for its influence on national policy (Sicily Italian laboratory). This government had long been incubated by the debate within the DC and the PSI that was subject of discussion at the PSI Congress in Turin in 1955. ("Open Left") I remember that during a debate in the Executive of the Socialist Federation of Agrigento asked Raniero Panzieri, Regional Secretary of the PSI that he had come to preside over and conclude the meeting, whether it was right that the party went to the government with DC. Panzieri told me that all parties come to look to the government to seize power. Response that left me very puzzled as I was then a very "puritanical" if so can be defined as faith in the political ideals that can not be contaminated. Raniero
Panzieri was an important intellectual of the Italian left, which would have given birth after the famous "Quaderni Rossi".
The debate on the birth of the government was laborious and excruciating D'Angelo into the Socialist Party. The Regional Committee of the PSI which was to ratify the birth was split in two between separatists and left vecchiettiana (tank drivers). The left was headed by Chairman Salvatore Corallo, which was the last government "Milazzo" born of the understanding between the PCI and the block Macaluso Democrat Silvio Milazzo expressing the interests of the landowners and the bourgeoisie defeated by conservative Fanfani and his project modernization 's Italy. Project, then winning with the help of the Socialists.
tip the balance in the Regional Committee was Joseph Grado, secretary of the Chamber of Labour of Agrigento on the left who voted against the agreement along with the DC. For this reason, the Grado was a member group of which consists of me, Luigi Granata Nino and Calamus (who was deputy national)
was summoned by Pietro Nenni. In the Party leadership, Via del Corso 476, we found Simone Gatto who shared our concerns about the alliance with the DC. He had the kindness to accompany the legendary Pietro Nenni. Our excitement was great. Being in front, to speak privately with the head of the Party! But we were disillusioned by the pedestrian interest showed that Nenni per la vicenda che giustificò nei suoi mancati passaggi democratici dicendo che non c'era stato tempo per farli.
Ma, come ho già detto, mostrava di condividere le nostre preoccupazioni one of which was: if the dialogue with the Catholics do with Dorotei
D'Angelo we do not end up with the Democrats crush the left and its political values? All
left Sicily in 1964 he joined the PSI in the division to create the PSIUP. Peter Ancona
