Spin Bikes Blades Reviews

of freshly baked cookies!



Hello everyone!
With the cold and rain of recent days it was impossible to suppress the desire for biscuits hot hot!
I found an easy recipe easy, fast, fast, good good! Yum!

Ingredients: -250 gr
. flour
-170 gr. soft butter
-100 gr. icing sugar -1 egg white


-vanillin
-grated lemon zest
-1 pinch of salt

-favorite jam (optional)


Method: In the mixer to
some turn to the soft butter, then add the vanilla, lemon zest and icing sugar. Then the egg white and then the flour sifted with a pinch of salt.
Pour the mixture into a bowl with a wooden spoon, stir vigorously until it reaches a soft dough ed omogenea. Riporre in frigo per qualche minuto.

Dare forma ai biscottini (come potete vedere dalla foto ne ho fatti alcuni semplici a forma di fiorellino e altri rotondi con un craterino al centro-creato affossando un pò il cosetto del mattarello-dove ho poi messo marmellata di arance-fatta in casa) e infornare a 190° per 10'!
